"The third location of Nami Nori opened in Montclair, New Jersey in 2022 as a more spacious take on the previous two locations’ urban interpretation of a Japanese beach house. The same pale tonal palette runs throughout the space, but the outsized height of the ceiling allows for an even airier atmosphere.

Light and delicate maple, linen, weathered oak, copper, and hand-applied plaster, also used in prior locations, combine to create a sense of visual warmth and tactility, appearing almost soft to the touch."
