PID Floors + FSC at Greenbuild International Conference + Expo 2026

PID Floors was thrilled to co-exhibit alongside our friends and collaborators, the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), at the 2026 Greenbuild International Conference + Expo, the world’s largest annual event for green building professionals, which took place at the Javits Center in New York City on October 20-23, 2026.

It was our first year exhibiting at this extraordinary gathering, a kaleidoscope of global green building professionals, exploring the latest technology, materials, and ideas to improve sustainability, resilience, equity, health, and wellness. As architects, designers, builders, and sustainability professionals increasingly prioritize eco-friendly construction and green building materials, sustainable hardwood flooring offers the perfect material solution which balances natural beauty with environmental responsibility. Responsibly sourced wood, durable materials, and remarkable design can all contribute to healthier, more sustainable spaces without compromising aesthetics, beauty, or luxury.

The green building movement is transforming the thought process regarding interior materials and PID Floors is excited. The focus is shifting toward materials that support sustainable design and thoughtful resource management which made this years’ Greenbuild Expo the perfect time and place to discuss FSC-certified wood, responsible forest management, and sustainable architecture. This sprawling three-day event provided an opportunity to engage with industry professionals who recognize that premium wood flooring can make an extraordinary visual impact while also being aligned with green building goals.
