Thank you to all those who joined us on March 19th for another incredible evening at the showroom celebrating the publication of author William Richards’ latest book, Against the Grain: Mass Timber in the Home, a collection of inspiring homes for design enthusiasts that puts renewable “mass timber” front and center as a unique, and beautiful, solution to the challenges of climate change.

In addition to the evening’s book signing, we were delighted to host a brilliant panel discussion about Mass Timber projects and sustainability in design with William Richards, who was joined in conversation by Hans Galutera from HG Design Works (who is also our Director of Educational Outreach), and Ben Carr from All Hands Architecture.

Our new flagship showroom is truly a labor of love and a dream 36 years in the making. It is a celebration of all the things we know and love about our hardwood flooring industry. It was always our hope for this wood flooring showroom to it become a design hub of inspiration for all. This was our 2nd book event, and we are just beginning. We have so many exciting things planned for 2025, and we cannot wait to continue sharing and celebrating it all with you!

Thank you to all who joined us for this wonderful evening of food, drinks, and celebration of sustainable design.
