At 125 West 22nd Street in the heart of Chelsea stands the sustainable structure of Verde Chelsea. The design of this new condominium building incorporates green concepts throughout the building and in each of its 33 apartments. Proudly designed by New York high-rise expert H. Thomas O’Hara, the 13-story building features multiple garden terraces that transform the architecture into a sculptural play of brick-clad volumes.
